In 1994, Scott saw a niche in the Denver CPA market to provide one-on-one personalized services to small Colorado businesses, their owners and individuals. Scott chased that goal and his firm has provided personal tax and accounting services to literally hundreds of Colorado businesses and individuals.

In 2014, because of family considerations, Scott relocated to Canton, South Dakota. However, he continues to maintain his Littleton, Colorado office and serve the Denver market, as well as the southeast South Dakota market.

His expertise ranges from basic tax management and accounting services to more in-depth services such as tax audits, transaction analysis, and tax planning. By combining our expertise and experience, we assure that every client receives the close analysis and attention they deserve. Scott has a BSBA and a JD from the University of South Dakota. He has been a Certified Public Accountant since 1980 having amassed over 35 years of experience in public accounting, specializing in providing individual and small business tax and consulting services. After starting his career at Deloitte, Haskins + Sells, in Colorado Springs, CO, he worked for several local CPA firms in Colorado Springs, Albuquerque, NM and Denver. In 1994, Scott formed his own tax practice located in Littleton, CO. In 2014, Scott relocated his family to Canton, SD, in eastern South Dakota. He continues to maintain his office in Littleton as well as now in Canton. His practice has been focused primarily on individual tax planning, business venture and transaction analysis, and tax compliance work. Representative businesses served include professional services, real estate construction management, medical, dry cleaners, agricultural chemical sales, real estate investment, retail and start-up entrepreneurial businesses. He has extensive experience in all areas of tax compliance, including individuals, partnerships, S and C corporations, fiduciary income tax, and estate and gift tax returns. Scott has also devoted time to his church serving in various positions in the churches in which he has been a member in Colorado Springs, Albuquerque, Littleton, and Canton. Additionally, he has been a member of Kiwanis Clubs in Colorado Springs, Albuquerque, and Littleton, as well as the Rotary Club in Canton. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Canton Chamber of Commerce. Scott is also a proud member of the Lambda Chi Alpha fraternity.
